1. Introduction

Welcome to AIEduHub, a practical learning platform for applied AI available at AIEduHub.click. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Our Details

3. Services

Our Services include instructor-led workshops, mentoring sessions, live webinars, and hands-on AI labs. Upon enrollment, you may cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund. Requests must be submitted via our support page. After 7 days, you may request a partial refund or credit toward another session; approvals are at our discretion. Sessions begun or completed are non-refundable.

4. Information Products

Information Products consist of digital courses, e-books, and recorded tutorials. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the content. After this period or once content is accessed, no reimbursement is available.

5. Physical Goods

Goods include AI starter kits, merchandise, and printed materials. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us via support page within 7 calendar days. You must ship the item back at your expense. Once we receive and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Payment and Activation

We accept major credit and debit cards. Access to courses or sessions is granted after successful payment. If payment fails, access is withheld until cleared.

7. Cancellations and Transfers

You may transfer a scheduled service to another date or participant if you notify us at least 48 hours before the session. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Services explicitly labeled as non-refundable in their description cannot be canceled or transferred.

8. Limitation of Liability

AIEduHub shall not be liable for indirect, special, or incidental outcomes arising from use of our platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service, info product, or goods.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
